We transform concepts into precision-engineered moulds that are ready for production, through a comprehensive, in-house process. The process starts with a detailed design phase, where we create technical drawings that focus on key elements such as air escape and automatic venting solutions, powder flow, and heating and cooling possibilities. Additionally, we design the frame to allow for easy handling and incorporate automatic opening and closing systems.

After client approval, we mill negatives or print sand blocks, which are then used to cast aluminum mould parts in our foundry. For moulds milled directly from aluminum blocks, our CNC technology ensures high precision for complex moulds, or we print the precise mould parts. Once the mould is shaped, we apply crucial surface treatments, such as shot peening, hardening, and advanced coatings to enhance its durability and performance. This meticulous approach guarantees a high-quality, ready-to-use mould that meets the exact specifications of your project.
